Strategic Assessment Interviews

Over 60 confidential questions, asked one-on-one with a representative number of management and staff employees. Richard or one of the Managing Principals conducts the interviews in person — and your people tell them what they've been waiting to say, and probably more than what they'd say to management.

Strategic Assessment Report

Strengths. Weaknesses. Blind spots. Quick fixes. Action items. Drafted by your engagement principal, reviewed and commented on by Richard — the language your management and staff team members will actually act on to overcome the challenges.

Team Meeting & Strategic Planning Workshop

Findings and recommendations on the table with your leadership and staff team members. We consolidate the report into a one-page Strategic Plan, align on what gets done first, and build the accountability discipline behind it.

Implementation

We stay. We measure. We assist your management and staff in building one-page Priority Plans that are employee-specific for everyone. These Action Plans support the company goals from the Strategic Plan developed by the team in step 3. Accountability increases, productivity goes up, and so do sales and profitability.
