Richard D. Voreis is Chief Executive Officer of Consulting Collaborative, a management consulting firm with offices in Dallas, TX, Annapolis, MD, Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN and Los Angeles, CA. Consulting Collaborative offers a wide array of in-depth consulting services backed by over three decades of solid experience gained from working with industry-leading companies. Clients include manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, architects, contractors, trade associations and many other types of businesses.

Before founding Consulting Collaborative, Mr. Voreis was Chief Operating Officer of United States Aluminum Corporation near Dallas, TX, President and CEO of Hebel Building Systems in Atlanta, GA and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Kawneer Company at its corporate office in Norcross, GA.
During a very successful career spanning three decades at Kawneer Company, he was responsible for all marketing and sales related functions as well as training, research & development and product engineering. At Hebel Building Systems, the world leader in autoclaved, aerated concrete products, he had full operating responsibilities for North America including their new $40 million U.S. manufacturing facility. With United States Aluminum Corporation, Richard had full responsibility for the Commercial Products Group, which has 16 operations throughout the United States and Canada.
He has been active in many related activities including 15+ years on the Georgia Tech College of Architecture Advisory Board and completed the maximum of two terms on the National Glass Association Board of Directors. He also serves of the Board of Directors for the Park Cities Historic and Preservation Society.
Lynn Brown is Managing Principal of the Consulting Collaborative Baltimore/Washington office in Annapolis, Maryland.
As both line executive and management consultant, he has developed and implemented strategies to grow volume, share and profitability in the industrial products and building materials markets. His 30+ years’ experience includes creating new brand positions, differentiating commodity products and leading sales and marketing for companies from the development stage to the Fortune 500. He has worked with product and contract manufacturers in industries that include commercial roofing, residential and commercial decorative surfaces, systems for commercial and institutional interiors, and fabricated metal products.
Lynn’s work history includes: Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Norway-based Hydro Aluminum’s extruded products operations in North and South America, Vice President/General Manager for Nevamar Corporation, and 7 years as a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company.
He has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA in Marketing and Organization from Stanford University.
Vladimir Seizovic is the Managing Principal of the Consulting Collaborative Midwest office in Chicago, IL. He has over 25 years of marketing communications and project management experience: a versatile, creative, and thoughtful self-starter with strong problem solving and project management skills, with a proven ability to complete projects on time and on budget. Vladimir is very comfortable working in a highly collaborative and creative environment and is adept in developing and implementing effective integrated marketing communications strategies, branding initiatives, and product support programs. And, he is particularly effective in conveying difficult technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Vladimir is a creative thinker always looking for non-traditional ways to solve the problem or challenge at hand.
Vladimir is also president of The Delos Company (Barrington, Illinois), a full service Business-to-Business marketing communications firm offering strategic planning, public relations, advertising, print collateral, multi-media, web development, e-marketing, and “localization” services. Prior to Delos, Vladimir was a manager with R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global provider of integrated communications, printing, logistics, and business process services.
Vladimir has an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the University of Texas (Austin) and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University (West Lafayette).
John Heinaman: Managing Principal, Orange County, CA
He has over four decades of career experience working with companies in the glass industry including sales and management positions with PPG Industries, executive positions with Model Glass Company and President and CEO of Heinaman Contract Glazing with facilities in Lake Forest, CA and Las Vegas, NV. As an entrepreneur starting his own business, he has always been a firm believer that the use of a business coach and management consultants is a wise investment in improving the function and results of a business.
The business of Heinaman Contract Glazing grew from a small start-up company to having annual revenues of almost $50 million, including a single complex project involving custom designed glass and aluminum systems for exterior and interior applications with a value of $22 million. This work was managed by an on-site team to closely coordinate with the architect, contractor, developer and owner.
To support the supply side of his business, he developed a team to design custom unitized window wall and curtain wall systems, including engineering, estimating, design development, sales, procurement, fabrication, assembly, glazing and installation. This process required many procedural disciplines that can be modified and applied to many businesses. This vast experience contributed to the best business practices and the discipline to develop company procedures that are available to our clients.
John has several assignments of performing as an expert witness to support law firms to assist in resolution of legal issues.
John served as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Glass Association, Chairman of the National Glass Association and Chairman of the National Glass Association Architectural Glazing Committee. He also served as a Trustee of the Union Trust Funds in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Additionally, he was selected “Glassman of the Year” in Las Vegas.
He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA with an A.B. degree in Economics. He also served for five years as a navigator in the U.S. Air Force.
Jean-Francois Cavalié: Managing Principal, Toulouse, France
He has extensive expertise in building products, construction, aluminum extrusion and manufacturing industries along with strong executive experience in start-ups, turnarounds and established companies. Jean-Francois is also very active as a consultant to international companies and works well in English, Spanish and French. His international experience spans more than two decades of general management positions in France, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Jean-Francois has held the positions of President/CEO, Managing Director, Sales and Marketing as well as R&D Director in companies ranging from $20 million to $200 million annual revenues with considerable expertise in brand management. He also served as Market Director and Operations Directors in a $1 billion division of a global aluminum company. During his career Jean-Francois has developed an extensive amount of intellectual property and has been awarded several patents.
He is also skilled in major acquisition projects and is very experienced in the integration of acquired companies.
Jean-Francois is highly effective working with management teams by assisting leaders in defining strategies, generating alignment and creating clear accountability structures leading to increased sales and profit growth. His clients learn how to build greater trust in their teams and how to effectively address underlying tensions and motivations of individual team members.
Also, Jean-Francois is a flight instructor with an Airline Transport Pilot License.
He graduated in engineering from Toulouse University of Sciences as well as attended several management courses in IMD and Insead.
