Richard D. Voreis is Chief Executive Officer of Consulting Collaborative, a management consulting firm with offices in Dallas, TX, Annapolis, MD, Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN and Los Angeles, CA. Before founding Consulting Collaborative, Mr. Voreis was Chief Operating Officer of United States Aluminum Corporation near Dallas, TX, President and CEO of Hebel Building Systems in Atlanta, GA and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Kawneer Company at its corporate office in Norcross, GA.
During a very successful career spanning three decades at Kawneer Company, he was responsible for all marketing and sales related functions as well as training, research & development and product engineering. At Hebel Building Systems, the world leader in autoclaved, aerated concrete products, he had full operating responsibilities for North America including their new $40 million U.S. manufacturing facility. With United States Aluminum Corporation, Richard had full responsibility for the Commercial Products Group, which has 16 operations throughout the United States and Canada.
He has been active in many related activities including 15+ years on the Georgia Tech College of Architecture Advisory Board and completed the maximum of two terms on the National Glass Association Board of Directors. He also serves of the Board of Directors for the Park Cities Historic and Preservation Society.
Lynn Brown is Managing Principal of the Consulting Collaborative Baltimore/Washington office in Annapolis, Maryland.
As both line executive and management consultant, he has developed and implemented strategies to grow volume, share and profitability in the industrial products and building materials markets. His 30+ years’ experience includes creating new brand positions, differentiating commodity products and leading sales and marketing for companies from the development stage to the Fortune 500. He has worked with product and contract manufacturers in industries that include commercial roofing, residential and commercial decorative surfaces, systems for commercial and institutional interiors, and fabricated metal products.
Lynn’s work history includes: Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Norway-based Hydro Aluminum’s extruded products operations in North and South America, Vice President/General Manager for Nevamar Corporation, and 7 years as a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company.
He has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA in Marketing and Organization from Stanford University.
Vladimir Seizovic is the Managing Principal of the Consulting Collaborative Midwest office in Chicago, IL. He has over 25 years of marketing communications and project management experience: a versatile, creative, and thoughtful self-starter with strong problem solving and project management skills, with a proven ability to complete projects on time and on budget. Vladimir is very comfortable working in a highly collaborative and creative environment and is adept in developing and implementing effective integrated marketing communications strategies, branding initiatives, and product support programs. And, he is particularly effective in conveying difficult technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Vladimir is a creative thinker always looking for non-traditional ways to solve the problem or challenge at hand.
Vladimir is also president of The Delos Company (Barrington, Illinois), a full service Business-to-Business marketing communications firm offering strategic planning, public relations, advertising, print collateral, multi-media, web development, e-marketing, and “localization” services. Prior to Delos, Vladimir was a manager with R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global provider of integrated communications, printing, logistics, and business process services.
Vladimir has an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the University of Texas (Austin) and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University (West Lafayette).
Bill Abbate is the Consulting Advisor in the Consulting Collaborative Northeast office in Pittsburgh, PA. He brings considerable experience in the building products, construction and manufacturing industries. His background includes C-level executive experience in startups, turnarounds and established companies with more than 20 years of general management. He also brings significant experience in both internal and external consulting.
Bill has held positions of President/CEO, Managing Director, EVP, SVP, VP/GM, and VP Sales and Marketing for North America in companies ranging from $12 million to $200 million annual revenue. He also served as one of the top four executives in a $1.5 billion division of a global materials company.
Bill received his Certificate in Professional Coaching from Duquesne University, trained in CRR Global’s Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, and is an instructor at Duke University’s Leadership Academy. Bill is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer and Coach with the Lynn Leadership Group: A Different Kind of Smart – Leading with Emotional Intelligence.

Eric Anderson: Consulting Advisor, Atlanta, GA
Eric Anderson is a Consulting Advisor in the Consulting Collaborative southeastern office in Atlanta, GA. He has over 30 years of experience in architectural practice and A/E firm management. Eric’s experience in managing professional firms ranges from the firm he started, Anderson & Associates, Architects, to a large multi-discipline firm with six design offices serving a variety of markets nationally and internationally.
Eric is a graduate of the Georgia Tech College of Architecture where he has served on the Advisory Board of the Director of the Architecture Program and various alumnae committees. He has also served as President and Board member of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. A program Eric co-founded while on the AIA Board was the Atlanta AIA Principals Round Table, which continues today to meet monthly and provides a forum for firm management programs and an opportunity for architectural principals to meet.
Much of Eric’s career has been as a firm leader participating in and frequently acting as an internal consultant to the firm management team. A distinguishing aspect of Eric’s consulting expertise is his hands-on experience in different types and sizes of firms, some with a strong design culture, and some with a strong business culture.
Eric has held the positions of Partner in Taylor Anderson Architects, Inc. a 20 person architecture firm specializing in military and higher education facilities; Vice President and Board Member of O’Neal, Inc., a 250 person E/A and design/build firm; Vice President for Architecture and Engineering of Facility Design Group, an A/E design/build firm; and Director of Architecture and Senior Associate with Woolpert, Inc. a 650 person firm providing A/E Design, Infrastructure Management, and Geospatial Services with 23 offices across the United States.
